The special gala concert will inspire the nation broadcasting live on KBS 1 from the Seoul World Cup Stadium on August 15th from 7:30pm to 10:35pm. In attendance will be K-Pop stars, members from every province who auditioned to be members of celebrity conducted choruses, those who come to join in the singing and those who come to listen, and those who were there when the Republic of Korea gained independence.

The concert will begin with memorable performances by The Children of 1945’s Chorus conducted by Lee Sun-hee, Yuna’s Chorus conducted by Yuna Kim, and Cho Youngnam and Ko Sunghyun’s Morning Chorus. The first act will culminate with the entire stadium joining together to form a 70,000-person chorus. Following the intermission will be a four part concert with performances by Lee Seong-chuk, Lee Sun-hee, g.o.d., and EXO.
