    Shanghai TV Festival is an international TV festival with prestige and scale, running not just competitions but also forums and markets. A KBS drama, ‘Becoming a Popular song’, won Grand Prix in the competition in 2005.
     
    Content3  ‘Kioka’ is an animation in 3D targeted at children aged from three to five, whose story develops around a character of a young girl named Kioka tend to create her own kind of solutions to challenges in everyday life. Mr. Mok Hoon, producer, said that the award was a recognition of the animation’s unique efforts to illustrate children’s daily life from their eye level.
