  • Big Bang’s Seung-ri to Pursue Solo Activities in Japan

  • Big Bang’s Dae-sung and Seung-ri made an appearance on a popular Japanese radio program called All Night Nippon on June 19th to discuss the group’s future activities in Japan. It is the first time for a Korean group to take part in the show which has a 45-year history.

    During the program, Seung-ri said he was happy to be taking part in such a historic program, adding that he will stay in Japan until September to pursue solo activities. The two members introduced some of the songs that will be included in their upcoming album Alive-Monster Edition which will be released on June 20th.




    During the interview, the two revealed secrets about their other members saying Top looks into the mirror around 12 hours a day while G-Dragon buys women’s clothing. Seung-ri said, “I’ll do my best to be loved by people around the world” while Dae-sung added, “I want to spread the message of hope through music.”

    Their interview will be broadcast on July 16th. Big Bang began their Japan tour on May 17th in Nagoya and stopped in Yokohama, Osaka and Saitama. Their next stop is Fukuoka from June 23rd to 24th. [Yonhap]
