Psy held a free concert titled "International Singer Psy, Seoul Style Concert" at Seoul Plaza on October 4th. Over 80,000 citizens rushed to the venue to see Psy and he heated up Seoul Plaza into a scene of wild excitement with his music and dance. The performance was broadcast live on Youtube and Youstream for his international fans and other Korean fans who could not make it to the scene.

The Seoul Plaza concert has been arranged for Psy to give back to his fans back at home. The singer had announced during his solo concert on October 2nd that regardless of the song’s ranking on the Billboard Hot 100 chart, he would hold a free concert in front of Seoul City Hall.
