  • Billboard Introduces PSY’s Top 5 Songs
  • [2012-10-08]
  • The U.S. music magazine, Billboard, has introduced PSY’s top five hit songs on October 4th (local time).

In an article “Top 4 PSY Songs ‘Gangnam Style’ Fans Should Hear”, the magazine says, “If you can’t get enough of “Gangnam Style,” check out these five PSY tracks that are just as worthy of a listen”. The article picked “Bird”, “Champion”, “Right Now”, “It’s Art”, and PSY’s fight song for the 2012 London Olympics “Korea” as his best five.

Billboard said PSY’s debut song, “Bird”, “established him as a true force of entertainment” while 2002’s “Champion”, “doubled as an anthem for South Korea when they hosted the World Cup in Seoul that year”

The article also picked PSY featuring YDG’s “Night Street in Seoul” as an honorable mention, saying it is “definitely the PSY song that hip-hop fans can best relate to” adding that it has “a beat that sounds like a fusion of Snoop Dogg's ‘Drop It Like It's Hot’ and Lil Wayne's ‘A Milli’.” [Yonhap]
