  • Infinite holds first world tour since their debut
  • [2013-06-13]
  • First world tour in 3 years, Inifinite's 10-nation tour begins in August.

Starting August, Infinite will begin their world tour.
Named "2013 Infinite 1st World Tour 1 Great Step", the tour goes on until January next year.
On August 9th and 10th, they will perform in Seoul's Olympic Park Gymnastics Arena.
    And that's just the beginning.
The team will perform in over 20 cities in 10 countries including Hong Kong, Japan, Thailand, Singapore, China, the United States, the U.K. and France.

At the press conference held on the 10th in Cheongdam CGV in Sinsa-dong, the members said they celebrate their 3rd years since their debut on that day.
They added that even before they formed the team, they dreamed of this moment, and that it still feels unreal.
The group debuted in June 2010 with "Come back again."
They enjoyed great success with hit songs like "Be Mine" and "Man in Love."
Last October, Infinite held their Japan tour.
The team performed in Yokohama, Kobe, Hiroshima and Tokyo.
Their first world tour is aptly titled "One Great Step", inspired by "One small step.." quote by Neil Armstrong during the 1969 Apollo 11 moon landing.

Hoya of Infinite said that he was excited to take their talent beyond Korea and Japan, and look forward to displaying the team's versatility, from masculine and tough dance moves to suave and friendly gestures.
The fans can expect to have some up-cose time with the band as well.
He added that the team barely got to travel around Korea before their debut, but now that they get the chance to go on a world tour, they will go and soak in the different cultures of various nations, and that they will master how best to entertain and satisfy the needs of fans around the world.

To be fully prepared to put up amazing performances in all corners of the globe, the team practices minimum 8 hours a day.
Some fear they might be pushing themselves too hard, but all members of Infinite said their professionalism prevent them from not working harder.
Each member expressed great enthusiasm about particular countries, some saying they want to try the pastries of France, and so on.

The press conference was broadcast live via You Tube, and fans from the Philippines, U.K., Singapore and more had their eyes glued to the screen!  [Yonhap]
