  • U-KISS to begin concert tour in 3 South American countries
  • [2013-06-21]
  • K-pop group U-KISS is set to go on a 3 nation tour in South America this month.

According to their management company NH Media on the 19th, the group will travel to Lima, Peru on the 21st, Bogota, Colombia on the 23rd and Mexico City, Mexico on the 28th.

Their upcoming tour is titled "U-KISS in Latin America."

This is the group's 3rd visit to South America.

Last June, U-KISS became the first Korean artists to be invited to "EVENO 40" one of the biggest music festivals in South America.

And last November, the boys held an exclusive concert in Peru where they performed before a turnout of more than 7 thousand.

Their agency said that the group's popularity continues to skyrocket, as the Peru concert was completely sold out, and the South American fan club was officially formed.

The fan club even charges admission fees for new members that seek to join in.

And to repay the love and devotion of the fans over there, U-KISS decided to hold the South America tour.

U-KISS will be performing most of their latest hit songs released in Korea and in Japan.

Plus the group prepared some special songs just for the fans in South America.

The boys added that they plan to celebrate their success in the region with the local fans, and thank them in person for their support.

And when they returned to Korea on June 30th, they won't have much time to rest.

Starting in July, U-KISS will begin their Japan tour.

Kiseop and Hoon will be extra busy in Japan, as they will be acting and performing as the cast of the musical "Goong" or "Palace" in Osaka, Japan. [Yonhap]
