  •  Girls' Generations members and other Hallyu stars are set to take center stage at the Dodger Stadium, the home of Ryu Hyun-jin's MLB team, the LA Dodgers.

The Korea Tourism Organization announced on July 9th that to celebrate "Korea Week" at the Dodger Stadium from the 25th to the 28th, special performances will be held there.
This is the second time MLB teams join in the "Korea Week" festivities.
The Reds will face the Dodgers, and both teams have Korean stars playing for them, with Choo Shin-soo playing for the Reds.
This is a grand opportunity to let more people learn about Korea and Korean culture and attract more tourists to Korea.

On July 28th, dubbed "Korea Day" Hallyu stars will light up the stadium with more than 50 thousand in attendance.

As a pre-game performance, there will be a Taekwondo demonstration followed by Girls' Generation singing the Korean national anthem, capped off by "PSY's WIKI KOREA" a video clip starring Psy designed to promote Korea to tourists, playing on the Dodger Stadium video screen.
Girls' Generation members will also take to the mound to sing the "Star Spangled Banner" and also will throw the first pitch before the game starts.

After the game, Ryu Hyun-jin will join in a ceremony to officially annoint Girls' Generation as the goodwill ambassador for Korea's tourism.

"PSY's WIKI KOREA" will be played on the video screen throughout the promotional period.
Special booths will be set up to continue to promote Korea and the Korean national flag will be given out to all visitors.
