The `classic epilogues` of the popular KBS miniseries `Sassy Girl Chun-hyang` have been drawing much attention recently. The epilogues, shown at the end of each episode, feature the drama`s characters in traditional Korean costumes acting out scenes against the backdrop of the Joseon era. They have been praised for adding to the drama`s gripping storyline through comic parodies based on the plot of each episode. The comic nature of this drama was first introduced to the audience in the series` pilot episode when Han Chae-young, Jae Hee and Um Tae-woong appeared as the `original` Chun-hyang, Mong-ryong and Byun Hak-do from `The Legend of Chun-hyang.` The classic epilogues at the end of each episode are making a strong impression on viewers. While the classic epilogue of the pilot episode was filmed on an outdoor set in Yangsuri, all other epilogues had to be shot in the KBS` Drama Center in Suwon or on the set of the KBS epic drama `Immortal Admiral Yi Sun-shin` due to time pressures. |
