This new style documentary observes and documents events at a certain venue for 72 hours straight. It gives a glimpse into the ever-changing, versatile and dynamic Korean society by closely capturing from a heartwarming perspective the natural occurrences in people's lives at a certain local during a three-day period of time.

Program direction

The venue of choice can be anywhere, including some very well-known places to places we hardly noticed exist. The documentary will observe and record how people in that living space work, move about and go about their days for 72 hours nonstop, reconfirming that the essence of a documentary is in the here-and-now.

Another difference is that people appearing on the show will not be pre-selected but will mainly comprise people the crew will meet as they go on the site. The documentary venues will therefore be locations where crowds gather (for example: a bus terminal, bustling
subway station, blood donation bus, hospital emergency room, festivals like B-boy competitions, etc.)

One producer, 3 to 5 VJs, 3 to 5 HDV cameras and other various equipment will be on set to cover the happenings at the location from as many angles as possible concurrently.

The rule is to shoot for 72 hours at the same location, but the crew can follow (though advised to be kept to minimum) the main characters if they need to move elsewhere.
